POLICY NOTES
ORDER PLACEMENT:Available 24 hours a day. During regular business hours (weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) our customer service staff will handle your orders. After hours, please leave your orders on voicemail (204-632-4481 or 800-665-7575) or by FAX (204-632-8772). Orders or enquiries may also be emailed to sales@carys.com.
CREDIT : For the convenience of customers with established credit, open accounts are available. It is expected that invoices will be paid when due. New customers will be expected to pay for their initial orders upon delivery. We will provide your company with a line of credit if you can supply satisfactory trade and financial references.
PAST-DUE ACCOUNTS: Past-due accounts will be considered delinquent and placed on COD. Seriously past due accounts will be placed for collection with a collection agency.
DATING: Delayed payment terms (seasonal) will be extended only to customers whose accounts are in good standing.
VISA / MASTERCARD: We will accept VISA or M/C for payment AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. VISA and M/C NOT ACCEPTED for commodity products such as Peat Moss, Grower Mixes etc. or for orders that have already received Spring Dating terms. We will require a pre-authorization on file.
RETURNS: No return of merchandise accepted without prior written approval. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
CLAIMS: Merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. Claims for shortages and or damages for merchandise shipped by common carrier must be filed with the particular carrier. All claims for shortages or damages of goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in no credit being issued.
DELIVERY: All prices are F.O.B. Winnipeg, Manitoba unless otherwise stated. Orders $250.00 or more will be delivered prepaid within the Winnipeg area with the exception of certain bulk products such as Peat Moss, Landscape Aggregate, Manures, Soils and Soil Amendments, Bark, Grower Pots etc. for which Cary 's retains the right to apply a delivery charge .

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices F.O.B. Winnipeg, Manitoba unless otherwise stated.
WE HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT OF $150.00. ORDERS LESS THAN $150.00 ARE SUBJECT TO A $10.00 PROCESSING FEE .
Cary 's Ltd. retains the right to ship in full case lots only.
